Maroubra SLSC Education and Training

 Education is an extremely important part of the being a lifesaver. Maintaining and improving lifesaving skills is essential in all lifesaver’s careers. The Maroubra SLSC offers a large number of courses for both the new lifesaver and to improve lifesaving skills. For those people wishing to become lifesavers Maroubra SLSC has the Surf Rescue Certificate (13 to 14 years of age) and the Bronze Medallion (for persons over 15 Years). For current lifesavers Maroubra SLSC offers a large range of courses from the Advanced Resuscitation Certificate to the Gold Medallion, which is the pinnacle of surf lifesaving. Maroubra Surf Lifesaving Club Education Schedule 2007

Please note there may be pre-requisites or age limits for these courses.

Surf Lifesaving – Sydney

There are a number of Sydney Branch facilitated training courses available during the May to September period. Registrations for all branch facilitated courses must be submitted a minimum of one week prior to the course.
